Cater, III, Chief Economist and President of the company has fifteen years of economic and financial marketing experience.  Dr. Cater has worked both at the county, state, federal as well as at the private sector levels.  Most recently, Director of Regional Economics at Fannie Mae providing economic and housing market reports for the CEO and senior company officials.  Dr. Cater has a Ph.D. in Economics and MBA in Management
